Vistancia Ranks Third In The Nation For Top-Selling Master Plans

VISTANCIA RANKS THIRD IN THE NATION FOR TOP-SELLING MASTER PLANS

The award-winning Vistancia has been ranked third in the country in a recent survey of the 10 bestselling master planned communities for 2007 by RCLCO, formerly Robert Charles Lesser & Co., LLC.

The 7,100-acre community, located northwest of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Parkway in north Peoria, reported 815 sales last year and is one of three Sunbelt Holdings communities appearing on the RCLCO list.

Along with Power Ranch and Johnson Ranch in the southeast Valley, they represent the only Arizona communities on the list.

"Without question, Vistancia has struck a chord with Valley home buyers," said Curt Smith, chief operating officer for Sunbelt Holdings, which is developing the community in partnership with Shea Homes. "Our amenities, diverse floor plans and reasonable prices have continued to draw Valley families to our community."

Vistancia also drew kudos from "Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business." The Peoria community was named Best Master Planned Community in Maricopa County for the second straight year while Blackstone Country Club was ranked as one of the state's 10 best private country clubs.

Ranking Arizona is the largest business opinion poll in Arizona with participants voting on quality of product, service and customer satisfaction in more than 200 business and leisure categories.

"We're very pleased to see that others are continuing to recognize the special qualities of Vistancia that have been integral to our success," Smith said.
