VISTANCIA HOME AND GARDEN FALL FESTIVAL

The Vistancia Home and Garden Fall Festival takes place in the state's largest model home gallery and will feature home improvement seminars, cooking demonstrations, decorating tips and ideas, gardening classes and more. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour 70 models including 14 Trilogy models, 48 Vistancia Village models and 8 model homes at Blackstone. The event will take place on Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th from 11 am to 4 pm each day. The event is free and open to the public.

Vistancia is located in Peoria. Take 99th Avenue north to Happy Valley Parkway. Turn left on Happy Valley Parkway and head west four miles. Once at Vistancia, follow the signs to the Discovery Center and model home gallery. A complete schedule of events is available on the web site or call 623-933-6233 for more information.
