Trend Homes Debuts Three Collections Offering Private Amenities

TREND HOMES DEBUTS THREE COLLECTIONS OFFERING PRIVATE AMENITIES AND CONVENIENCE FOR RELAXED LIVING AT VISTANCIA

In a departure from the wide variety of single-family homes that are currently available at Vistancia, Trend Homes has opened three new collections featuring twin and courtyard homes at the north Peoria master plan.

The builder recently introduced 10 models in The Colony, The Cottages and The Villas in the Acacia Grove and Primrose Estates communities at Vistancia located northwest of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Parkway.

"The addition of these new floor plans not only gives buyers a diverse range of homes to choose from at Vistancia but will appeal to the buyer looking for convenience and privacy in a relaxed lifestyle," said Curt Smith, chief operating officer for Sunbelt Holdings, developer of the community in partnership with Shea Homes.

Within the three communities, all part of Vistancia's Adventure Collection, exterior landscape and common areas are maintained through a homeowners association for low maintenance upkeep. Also, the communities share private recreational amenities that include a resort-style pool and gathering spots with shade ramadas in addition to the amenities that are available at Vistancia's Mountain Vista Club.

Floor plans range from 1,301 to 2,544 square feet and feature 3-4 bedrooms and up to 2.5 baths. Prices start in the high $100,000s.
