Rules and Regulations

- Enter to win a 42" Plasma Television

- The more neighborhoods you visit the more opportunities you will have to enter the drawing, there are 14 opportunities to enter the contest.

- There will be one random drawing to select a winner of the contest by February 28^th, and the winner will be notified by telephone.

Additional Contest Rules:

Prize is valued at $1500, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Only one entry per family per neighborhood allowed.

Only entries received on February 24^th and 25^th will be accepted.

Vistancia employees and residents are not eligible.

No purchase necessary to win.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Vistancia is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entries.

There will be only one television awarded; Vistancia is not responsible for damaged winnings.
