SALES UNDERWAY FOR NEW TREND HOMES COLLECTIONS AT VISTANCIA

- Three Distinctive Collections Available at Acacia Grove -

Sales are underway for three new home collections by Trend Homes at Vistancia.

Vistancia is an award-winning master plan situated northwest of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Parkway in north Peoria.

Three series of homes are available in Trend's Acacia Grove neighborhood, all part of Vistancia's Adventure Collection. Each series - The Colony, featuring attached homes, The Cottages and The Villas - offers distinctive features and generous family living spaces.

The Colony series includes four floor plans that range from 1,303 to 2,182 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s. Each Colony series home offers three to four bedrooms, up to two-and-one-half baths and two-car garages. Two- and three-story plans are available, all with spacious family rooms and formal living and dining rooms. A choice of four elevations is available.

The Cottages series has three floor plans with three to four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Ranging from 1,618 to 1,948 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s, the plans include living spaces tailored to the growing family's needs, with

separate living and dining rooms for entertaining and a master bedroom retreat for relaxation. Seven elevations are offered.

The final collection, The Villas, consists of three floor plans ranging from 2,152 to 2,544 square feet and including three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and a loft that can be converted to a fourth bedroom. Priced from the mid $200,000s, plans include two- and three-car garages while six different elevations are available.
