VISTANCIA NAMED BEST MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY IN MARICOPA COUNTY

The award-winning Vistancia has been named Best Master Planned Community in Maricopa County for 2007 by "Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business."

The 7,100-acre community is located northwest of

Lake Pleasant Road
and
Happy Valley Parkway
in north Peoria.

"Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business" is the largest business opinion poll in Arizona with participants voting on quality of product, service and customer satisfaction in more than 200 business and leisure categories.

Since opening in 2004, Vistancia has proven to be one of Maricopa County's most popular and fastest growing communities. Designed to complement the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and possessing more than 1,700 acres of open space, more than 5,000 people now call the community home.

Comprised of three villages - the main Vistancia Village, the age-qualified Trilogy at Vistancia and the new, private Blackstone Country Club - home buyers have a variety of options to choose from at the community.

More than three dozen model homes are featured in Vistancia's main model gallery with new collections from T.W. Lewis, Trend and Rosewood Homes debuting this year.

Amenities include the 15,000-square-foot Mountain Vista Club with indoor basketball gymnasium and tennis complex, game lawn and three pools as well as the

Discovery Trail, a 3.35-mile linear park connecting neighborhoods to amenities.

Vistancia Elementary, the first of four planned public schools, opened its doors in August 2006.

Vistancia is a joint venture between Shea Homes and Sunbelt Holdings, both of Scottsdale.
