VISTANCIAS HOME SALES IN 2004 AMONG THE TOP IN THE NATION

First it was named Americas Best Master Planned Community by the National Association of Home Builders.But just recently, Vistancia was named among the top 25 best-selling master planned communities in the nation in 2004 by Robert Charles Lesser & Co., LLC.

The 7,100-acre community in north Peoria is ranked 15th among master plans in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Texas and Nevada with 1,182 sales.

Robert Charles Lesser & Co. is a leading national, independent real estate advisory firm which has annually released its master planned community rankings since 1994.

When we opened in March 2004, our sales goal was to sell 850 homes, said Curt Smith, chief operating officer for Sunbelt Holdings, which is developing Vistancia in a joint partnership with Shea Homes.Sales far exceeded our expectations and they continue to be extremely strong in 2005.

Smith pointed out that traffic through Vistancias Discovery Center, where visitors can first learn about the communitys scope and which serves as a starting point to tour 33 models, totaled more than 96,200 in 2004.He added that in the first two- and one-half months of 2005, traffic had already exceeded 25,400.
