Vistancia Garners Seven Silver Awards in NAHB's "The Nationals" Competition

VISTANCIA GARNERS SEVEN SILVER AWARDS IN NAHB'S "THE NATIONALS" COMPETITION
Vistancia, an emerging master-planned community located in North Peoria, recently garnered seven Silver Awards, including "Best Master-Planned Community", in The Nationals, a competition sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders.
The 7,100-acre community won more awards than any other community in the country.
Silver award winners in the national sales and marketing awards competition, which recognizes new home sales, marketing professionals and communities, will compete for Gold Awards at the 2005 National Sales and Marketing Awards competition Jan. 13 in Orlando, Fla.
As well as the award for "Best Master-Planned Community," Vistancia also received Silver Awards for:
-"Best Sales and Information Pavilion" (for the Discovery Center)
-"Best Product Design for a detached home - $250,001" (for the Stellare model at Trilogy at Vistancia)
-"Best Interiors - $250,001" (for the Spiritis model at Trilogy at Vistancia)

VISTANCIA WINS SEVEN SILVER AWARDS

Vistancia, which is being developed in a partnership with Sunbelt Holdings and Shea Homes, opened in February 2004 to strong sales that have remained strong through 2004.Trilogy at Vistancia is located within the community and offers homes and resort-style amenities catering to baby boomers.

Vistancia is also characterized by 1,700 acres of open space, heavily vegetated washes, Saguaro forests, gently sloping flat lands and desert wildlife. A 900-acre mountain preserve will keep the natural environment intact and leave space for dramatic views and natural seclusion.
