UPSCALE DESTINATION COLLECTION NOW OPEN
PEORIA -- Seamlessly blending elegance with striking desert surroundings, models for Vistancia's largest, most luxurious homes are now open in the new
7,100-acre community in North Peoria.
Vistancia's Destination Collection features homes by two prestigious Valley builders, T.W. Lewis and Cachet Homes.Located in three gated neighborhoods, the collection of upscale homes offers the largest square footage and the largest home sites available at Vistancia, which is rich in distinctive amenities and native desert landscaping.
Vistancia's Discovery Center showcases the nine new Destination Collection models -- as well as 24 other models by top Valley builders -- in one convenient location.
"With the opening of these models, our Discovery Center model gallery now provides a complete range of housing choices, with sizes to suit every lifestyle," said Curt Smith, chief operations officer for Sunbelt Holdings, which developed the community with Shea Homes.
T.W. Lewis offers two neighborhoods in the Destination Collection: Terracina and MiraVista.

Terracina offers six single-story floor plans, three of which are new.Ranging in size from 2,960 to 3,532 square feet and priced from the mid-$400s, all floor plans feature stunning new architectural features, such as courtyard entryways and porte-cocheres.Basements are offered on five plans, adding additional square footage.The three new Terracina models showcase the 3,163-square-foot Alisia plan, the 3,210-square-foot Cassina plan and the 4,830-square-foot Triana plan with basement option.Sixty home sites are available at Terracina, with an average lot size of 10,800 square feet.
MiraVista offers six single- and two-story plans.Ranging from 2,741 square feet to 4,008 square feet and priced from the high $300s, floor plans include granite slab kitchen countertops, 10-foot volume ceilings with graceful archways, 8-foot wood entry doors and T.W. Lewis' signature wood window sills.The three MiraVista models showcase the 2,804-square-foot Cardena plan, the 2,874-square-foot Milena plan and the 4,008-square foot Soriano plan.Sixty-one home sites are available at MiraVista.
Cachet Homes' Serenade neighborhood offers five single- and two-story plans, although one plan, the Cantata, can be built as a single- or two-story home.Plans range from 3,153 square feet to 4,828 square feet and are priced from the low $400s.The three new Serenade models showcase the 4,103-square-foot, two-story Lyric plan; the 4,021-square-foot Cantata plan in a two-story design; and the 3,416-square-foot, single-story Harmony plan.Sixty-eight home sites are available in Serenade.
Smith said that Vistancia's Destination Collection is already seeing solid sales numbers, as is the rest of the community.

"Our higher-priced homes are selling as quickly and enthusiastically as our more affordable homes," he said.
Four other Valley homebuilders -- Ashton Woods, Engle Homes, Maracay Homes and Shea Homes.-- are also building Vistancias first homes in 11 neighborhoods.
Besides quality homes in a variety of sizes and price ranges, Vistancia treats its residents to distinctive amenities, including the Mountain Vista Club -- which features three pools (one with two water slides), an indoor basketball gymnasium, a tennis complex with stadium seating, a game lawn and open play areas.
A major highlight of the community is the 3.3-mile Discovery Trail, a linear park that utilizes themed gardens and trails to link residents to amenities and the natural surroundings.
