Vistancia Announces Pre-Sales Opportunity Update

Date Published: Feb 10, 2004

Emerging quietly and respectfully from its native surroundings, the new 7,100-acre Vistancia community in Peoria evokes the real Arizona, the way it used to be.

Set against a stunning backdrop of mountain ranges receding into the distance, Vistancia will offer homes and buildings that harmonize with the desert, while plans for 1,700 acres of open space will allow residents to explore the region's many natural wonders.

Vistancia is situated west of Lake Pleasant Road and north of Happy Valley Road and will feature a collection of intimate villages, each with its own amenities.

Offering 33 model homes by six Valley builders in one central location, Vistancia's first homes will be located in 11 neighborhoods centered around the family-oriented, 11-acre Mountain Vista Club, one of the community's key amenities.

Models by Ashton Woods Homes, Cachet Homes, Engle Homes, Maracay Homes Corp., Shea Homes and T.W. Lewis Co. range from 1,350 to 5,100 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s to the high $400,000s.

Consumers who have previously registered via phone or the Web site for information about Vistancia will receive invitations to a sales preview weekend scheduled March 13-14 at the community.Vistancias public grand opening is April 17-18.

"With 33 models under construction, we want to insure that when the public visits for the first time, all the models will be open," said Curt Smith, chief operating officer with Sunbelt Holdings, developer of the community with partner Shea Homes.
